Our baseball lineup template offers a convenient solution for creating fair fielding rotations for your youth baseball or softball team. By simply inputting your players' names in their respective starting fielding positions on the lineup card, the tool streamlines the process for games spanning up to 7 innings.
The template allows you to configure lineups for up to 11 fielding positions, including coach-pitch or coach-catch scenarios, alongside up to 6 bench positions that can rotate in after the first inning. Moreover, it grants the ability to restrict individual players from participating in first base, catcher, or pitcher roles for added safety.
For added functionalities and enhanced features, you can opt for our upgraded version, which includes:

<li>Adding a batting order to any fielding lineup</li>
<li>Flexible player restrictions at pitcher, catcher, first base, and one additional position or all infield positions</li>
<li>Customizable fielder rotation intervals every 1, 2, or 3 innings, with separate options for pitchers</li>
<li>Edit capabilities for each inning to meet your team's specific requirements</li>
<li>Creation of a new lineup commencing from any inning within a saved lineup</li>
<li>Download of lineups for Excel (desktop and mobile browser compatibility)</li>
</ul>
Special rotation rules can also be set within the tool:

<li>Preventing players from playing outfield in consecutive innings</li>
<li>Prohibiting players from catching after having pitched</li>
</ul>
The template offers convenience by allowing you to save your roster once and utilize it throughout the entire season:

<li>Storage capacity for up to 20 players (with a maximum of 17 players eligible to play in a single game)</li>
<li>Access to your team account across various platforms using any browser or our complimentary app</li>

In addition, the tool facilitates instant communication with your team through various features:

<li>Saving parents' contact details including phone numbers and email addresses</li>
<li>Sending group text messages with ease (available on the app and mobile browser)</li>
<li>Emailing the team with pre-attached lineups automatically</li>
<li>Seamless communication options such as email, call, or text with individual parents (app and mobile browser feature)</li>
<li>Capability to share the account with up to five assistant coaches</li>
</ul>
